What our students say
Healthcare Pass was previously known as Fast Track IELTS.
"Even when I was scared to go for the exam, my teacher (Nicola) encouraged me and her words kept resonating in my mind. I wrote d exam 14/10/23 and I had 4 Bs. I recommend fast track to everyone that wants to pass English test on time."

"Very professional teachers and organised course. They care about their job which means a lot nowadays. I passed first time, BBBB. I spoke with Jordan first and then studied with ma’am Madeleine, they said they would help me pass and they did. Thank you"

Frequently asked questions
How much does the OET course cost?
It depends which of the two courses you choose, and you can start with a deposit and pay the balance later. Message an OET teacher on WhatsApp or book a 15-minute call and we will tell you straight away. The OET exam fee is separate and paid directly to OET.
Are the lessons completely online?
Yes. Every lesson is live and online with a British OET teacher — you join real classes, ask questions and practise with the teacher. Classes are recorded, so you can watch any lesson again afterwards.
What is the difference between the OET Course and the Fast Track Course?
The OET Course is group coaching: unlimited live online classes, eight writing corrections a month and full support with your UK registration. The Fast Track Course adds personal support — private 1-to-1 lessons, unlimited writing corrections with priority feedback, a personal study plan, progress tracking and a final mock exam.
How long does OET preparation normally take?
It depends on your starting level and how often you attend. Classes are unlimited, so you study for as long as you need rather than to a fixed timetable. Your teacher runs a final mock assessment and tells you when you are ready to book the exam.
How many writing corrections are included?
The OET Course includes eight writing corrections a month. The Fast Track Course includes unlimited writing corrections, with priority feedback within 24 hours.
Can I choose my class times?
Yes. There are morning and evening classes, and you choose the times that fit around your work and other commitments. Every class is recorded, so a changed shift does not cost you a lesson.
Is the OET exam fee included?
No. Your course fee covers your training. The OET exam fee is paid separately to OET when you book your test.
Can you help me book my exam?
Yes. On the Fast Track Course your teacher books your OET test for you. On the OET Course your teacher tells you when you are ready and guides you through booking it yourself.
What happens if I do not pass?
You keep training at no extra charge. Every course includes our Training Until You Pass guarantee — you carry on studying with your teacher until you reach the grade your regulator needs.
Do you help with UK healthcare registration?
Yes. We support nurses and midwives (NMC), doctors (GMC), pharmacists (GPhC), and physiotherapists and other allied health professionals (HCPC). The nursing course also includes a CV written to UK nursing standard, NHS job applications and your NMC application completed for you.
What score do I need to pass OET for UK healthcare registration?
Most UK healthcare regulators — including the NMC, GMC, GPhC and HCPC — require Grade B (350 points) in all four OET sub-tests: Reading, Listening, Writing and Speaking. Our teachers prepare you to reach Grade B in every sub-test.
Which healthcare professionals is the course for?
We prepare nurses and midwives (NMC), doctors (GMC), pharmacists (GPhC), and physiotherapists and other allied health professionals (HCPC). Because the OET Writing and Speaking sub-tests are profession-specific, your lessons are tailored to your profession.
What is the Training Until You Pass Guarantee?
If you don't pass, you can continue studying with your teacher at no extra charge until you reach the grade you need for registration.
How is the OET exam structured?
OET has four sub-tests — Listening (about 45 minutes), Reading (60 minutes), Writing (45 minutes) and Speaking (about 20 minutes) — taken over roughly three hours. The Writing and Speaking sub-tests are specific to your profession.
How long are OET results valid?
OET results are typically valid for two years for registration with UK professional bodies such as the NMC and GMC.
Is the teacher call free?
Yes. It is a free 15-minute call with an OET teacher to talk through prices, class times, how long your preparation is likely to take and your UK registration pathway — with no obligation.
